This Code of Conduct sets out the standards for ethical and professional behavior that we expect from all employees, executives, and representatives, regardless of role or location.
We empower people to speak up if things aren’t right. That could be if there are concerns that laws, ethical standards or the company’s values have been broken.
To help employees and stakeholders to do this, we have set up a secure whistleblowing channel to report incidents or concerns. This channel is run through Simployer and allows anonymous reporting so that potential issues can be raised easily and privately.
All whistleblowing reports will be followed up according to company procedure and the requirements of the Norwegian Working Environment Act.
