- Onix Work architecture is built on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Service Model. Microsoft Azure offers a broad ecosystem of security solutions which are further supported by Microsoft Defender for advanced protection.
- All data is encrypted in Onix Work – both data at rest and data in transit.
- All keys and certificates are protected by Microsoft Azure Key Vault.
- Onix ensures that you never lose your data, with instant backup function and data loss prevention.

Access control
Onix Work includes multiple access control measures to protect your digital spaces.
You decide who can access, view and edit information through privilege control in administrator settings. User logins are secured through user authentication and a streamlined SSO login process enabled through Microsoft Azure. This ensures:

Dedicated technical team
Onix has a dedicated technical team working to ensure the security of its products. This highly trained team follow clear internal processes and conduct regular security assessments. Updates are implemented quarterly to include the latest security measures.
The Onix technical team regularly conducts penetration testing and works proactively to prevent security risks. Downtime is consistently monitored and automatically reported. Alerts are supervised 24/7.
Any potential risks or incidents can also be reported to the team through technical support. Support is monitored 12 hours per day on weekdays.
